The Enduring Call to Love—Open Wide Our Hearts

In November 2018, the United States Conference of Catholics issued their Pastoral Letter: Open Wide Our Hearts. In the Pastoral Letter, the bishops wrote, “As bishops of the Catholic Church in the United States, we want to address one particularly destructive and persistent form of evil. Despite many promising strides made in our country, racism still infects our nation.”
 
Deacon Royce Winters will lead a discussion on the Pastoral Letter through reflection and faith-sharing. He will provide suggestions on how we as parents and communities of faith can be godly examples of what it means to love one another.
